West Valley City is pitching independently from UTOPIA as a whole?
That soundtrack is awful.
As I understand it, all member cities are coordinating their efforts and may be making both collective and individual applications.
Not a bad video and the music was not out of place. However, the good folks at Google are going to wonder why this video doesn’t represent anyone of color. Out of all those images flashed on the screen there wasn’t one person of color represented in the pitch. I’m just curious why that is?
